The objectives desired by the client, to create this housing, were two:
With regard to the outside, projecting the building as far as possible toward the garden areas of the plot, taking advantage of the Mediterranean climate, promote an outdoor lifestyle. For this has been endowed with large windows to all stays and through multiple outdoor terraces, which are prolonged on the ground floor to reach the pool area.
Secondly, with regard to the interior space of the housing, it seeks to promote the independent nature of each of the members of the family, creating autonomous units of use although interconnected.
